Ellen Fenster
Choreographer

Ellen has been with theatre e3 since its inception. She also works at Pillsbury House Theatre
where she acts and directs as part of the "Breaking Ice Company," an improvisational theatre group that explores issues of diversity.

Ellen is an Artistic Associate at the Illusion Theater where she has directed "Ellen's Empty Chair",
"Whatever happened to Alice James" and "Six Steps:Part Deux" as part of the Illusions Fresh Ink and Fresh Fringe series.
Ellen is also head of the Emerging Artist group at the Illusion and recently curated a night of new work by the group.

She has worked as a teaching artist around the Twin Cities and learns as much from her students as she teaches them!
Ellen graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2001 with a B.A. in Theatre Arts.
