Germaine shares this about his daughter, Hannah's, experience at theatre
e3:
It's
difficult to nail down the essence of e3, though 'magic' is the word our
daughter Hannah uses most often.
"The
magic is to be able to work on something from the very start to the performance
itself,"
she wrote in a note to us before Christmas, saying that E-3 is about the
only thing she REALLY wanted for a holiday gift.
And maybe 'magic' is the right word when you consider all the personal
growth benefits:
self-esteem, friendship, confidence and teamwork.
It's one of those rare activities where the kids lose themselves because
they're so engaged,
and in the process find themselves by getting to know what they like,
where they fit in and how working at something can bring out the best
in them.
